Process Coaching for Managers and Managers as Process Coaches

Upon completion of this two day course — or the third day option — all participants will have achieved a high degree of receptivity to process coaching when deemed necessary, as well as the confidence and competence to provide process coaching to others. The third day option is treated as an in-service day to discuss progress or problems, and is scheduled from three to four months following the initial training.

Specifically, participants will be able to:

  • Accurately and efficiently assess the situation
  • Identify and distinguish between real and perceived causes and obstacles
  • Think constructively, critically, and creatively
  • Gauge what may and what may not be viable options, either for planning purposes of for problem resolution
  • Determine satisfaction for oneself and others
  • Be able to identify and perform the responsibilities and role functions of follow-up
